Term report cards
Make term report cards in Kelasi: set up terms, choose a grade scale, add teacher comments, include attendance and print or save each one as a PDF.
On this page
Report cards turn a term’s grades into one page per student, ready to print or share. Because grades already flow into the gradebook, there’s nothing to tally by hand. Open Grading › Report cards.
1. Add a term
Only admins manage terms.
New term
Choose New term and give it a name, such as Semester Ganjil 2026/2027.
Dates
Set when it starts and ends. Only work due during the term counts toward its report cards.
You can edit or delete a term later. Deleting a term also deletes the teacher comments written for it.
2. Choose a grade scale
By default report cards show numbers only. Open Grade scale to show a letter or label next to each final score:
- Use A to D fills in a common scale (A from 90, B from 80, C from 70, D from 0).
- Or build your own: Add grade, name it, and set the score it starts from.
3. Open a student’s report card
Pick a term, search for a student and choose Open report card. It shows, for each course the student took in that term:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Course and teacher | |
| Final score | Total points earned over points possible, plus how many items are graded |
| Grade | The label from your grade scale |
| Attendance | Meetings attended out of meetings invited |
| Teacher’s comment | Written by the course’s teacher |
At the bottom is the overall average.
4. Add comments
Teachers open a student’s report card and choose Add a comment under their course: how the student did and what to work on. Comments save per term.
5. Print or share
Choose Print or save as PDF. The page is laid out for paper, under your organization’s name.
What students see
Students find their own report cards under Results › Report cards, one per term, with the same scores, grades, attendance and comments.
Tips
- Set up terms before the term starts so teachers see what counts.
- Ask teachers to grade everything due in the term before you print.
- Check Students to watch in the gradebook a few weeks before the end of term.
