Organization settings
Change your organization's name, kind, orb and sky, who can find and join your courses, the join code, meeting reminder defaults, and leaving or deleting it.
Organization settings decide how your organization looks, who can join and how it runs. Open Manage › Settings (admins only). Changes collect in a bar at the bottom; choose Save or Discard. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, Kelasi asks first.
Profile
- Name: what teachers and students see.
- Description: a line or two under the name on your home page.
- Kind: school, tutoring center or independent teacher. Kelasi uses it to word things the right way for you.
Look
- Orb: the color next to your organization’s name everywhere in the app. It helps people who belong to several organizations.
- Sky: the background behind organization pages. Courses keep their own sky.
Own address
Your school’s logo across the app, and on Institution its own web address and brand color, such as sukamoto.kelasi.id. This section saves on its own, without Save. See your own address and logo.
Enrollment
| Setting | What it does |

| Discover | Manage Discover opens the page where you choose which courses students can join, and whether each is free, by approval or paid. See Discover courses. |
| Limit seats per course | Caps how many students each course can take. Once a course is full, new requests and joins stop. Nobody already enrolled is removed. |
Join code
One code that adds students to your organization. See members and invitations.
Notifications
Starting values for new meetings: which meeting reminders to send, and whether to announce new meetings to students. Teachers can change both for each meeting. See meetings and attendance.
Danger zone
- Leave organization: for admins who aren’t the owner. You lose access and need a new invitation to come back.
- Delete organization: only the owner can. Every teacher and student loses access straight away. You must type the organization’s name to confirm. This can’t be undone.
