With its own address, your school gets a front door that feels like the school’s, such as sukamoto.kelasi.id. Students, teachers and parents who open it see the school’s logo, name and color instead of the plain Kelasi look. After signing in they land straight in your school’s space.

Everything is set in Manage › Settings › Own address (admins only). Changes here apply at once; they don’t go through the Save bar at the bottom.

What changes

Part What people see
Logo On the sign-in page, in the app header, in the organization switcher, on receipts and on report cards.
Web address A sign-in page with the school’s logo and name: “Sign in to SD Sukamoto”. The browser tab shows the school’s name too.
Brand color Primary buttons and highlights on your school’s address wear the school’s color.

The regular Kelasi address keeps working. The school’s address is an extra front door that’s easier to remember and share.

  1. Open Settings

Choose Manage › Settings, then Own address in the section list.

  2. Pick a picture

Choose Upload logo, or drag a file onto the Logo row. Use PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 2 MB.

  3. Check the preview

The logo shows in the preview right away. To change it, choose Replace. To remove it, choose the trash icon.

Pick a web address

  1. Type a short name

In Web address, type your school’s name, such as sukamoto. Kelasi suggests one from your organization’s name.

  2. Wait for the check mark

Kelasi checks as you type: Available with a green check means the address is free.

  3. Use this address

Choose Use this address. It goes live at once, with no DNS or certificates to manage.

  4. Share it

Choose Copy and send it to your class WhatsApp group, or Open to try it yourself.

Address rules:

  • 3 to 30 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
  • No hyphen at the start or end, and no two in a row.
  • Some names are reserved, such as admin, www or kelasi.
  • One address belongs to one organization. If it’s taken, Kelasi says so and you can pick another.

Pick a brand color

In Brand color, pick a swatch or Custom color to use your school’s exact color. It saves right away and shows in the preview. Kelasi default goes back to plain black buttons.

Kelasi picks the text color on buttons (white or black) so it stays readable, in dark mode too.

Changing or releasing the address

  • Change address: type a new name and choose Change address. The old address stops working at once and another organization can take it, so tell your students first.
  • Release: removes the school’s address. Students can still sign in at the regular Kelasi address.
  • If the plan drops below Institution, the school’s address stops showing your logo and color, and visitors see the plain Kelasi sign-in. The address stays reserved for you in case you upgrade again.
Do students have to sign in again on the school's address?

Yes, once. The school’s address and the regular Kelasi address each keep their own sign-in. The account and its data are the same.

Can we use the school's own domain, like learn.myschool.sch.id?

Not yet. For now your own address is a name in front of the Kelasi address. Contact us if your school needs its own domain.

Does Continue with Google work on the school's address?

Yes. After signing in with Google, people come back to the school’s address, not the regular Kelasi one.
