A class link is a public page for one course. Anyone who opens it sees the class (its name, teacher, number of lessons and start date), signs up with their name and lands straight in the course. It’s made for sharing in a WhatsApp group or printing as a QR code on a poster.

  1. Open the course's students

In the course, open People › Students and choose Add students, then the join link. Teachers of the course and admins can do this.

  2. Create it

Choose Create join link. You get a link, a short join code and a QR code.

  3. Share it

Share on WhatsApp, Copy link, Copy code or Download QR for a poster or slide.

  • Accept new students: switch the link off and on.
  • Student limit: close the link after a number of students join. It then shows Limit reached.
  • Link expires: an end date.
  • Replace code: the current code and link stop working at once. Students who already joined keep their place.

The link shows how many have joined, such as “18 of 30 joined”.

A tutoring center can charge to join. Students see the price, pay you directly, upload proof of payment, and are added to the class once an admin or staff member approves it. Kelasi never holds the money.

Money never passes through Kelasi. Students pay your account directly; Kelasi keeps the proof and adds the student to the class once you approve it.

1. Add your ways to pay

Students need to know where to send the money. On the Payments page, choose Ways to pay and add one or more:

Type What to fill in
Bank Bank name (for example BCA), account number, account holder’s name
E-wallet E-wallet name (for example GoPay), phone number, name
QRIS A name and a clear photo or screenshot of your QR code
Other For example Cash at the front desk

Add a note for students, such as Write the student’s name in the transfer note.

On the class link, turn on Charge to join and enter the price (at least Rp1.000). Only admins and staff can set or remove a price. Turning it off makes the link free again.

3. What the student sees

  1. Account

They create an account or sign in. Their account keeps their payment and their place in the class together.

  2. Pay

They see the amount (with a copy button) and your ways to pay: account numbers to copy, or QRIS codes to scan or save. They pay with their own bank or e-wallet.

  3. Upload proof

They upload a photo, screenshot or PDF of the transfer receipt (up to 10 MB), with an optional note such as paid by my mother, Ibu Sari, and send it.

  4. Wait, then join

They can close the page. When you approve, they get a notification and the link takes them into the class: “You’re in!”

4. Check payment proofs

Open Payments › Payment proofs (admins and staff). The course’s teachers also see waiting proofs at the top of People › Students. Proofs are sorted into To check, Approved and Turned down.

  • Open a proof to see the picture or PDF full size, with the amount, the way they paid and the course. Check it matches what arrived in your account.
  • Approve and add to class: the student joins the course at once.
  • Turn down, with a reason (The amount doesn’t match, The picture isn’t clear, The payment hasn’t arrived, or your own). The student sees it and can send a new proof.
