Kelasi has no sidebar. Everything hangs off one top bar and a row of tabs under it, so it works the same on a laptop and a phone.

The top bar

From left to right:

  1. Kelasi takes you to your dashboard.
  2. Organization name. Click it to switch to another organization you belong to, or to see your organizations. Inside a course, a second name appears: the course. Click it to jump to another course.
  3. Search. Find courses, materials, quizzes and assignments by name. Press Ctrl K on Windows or ⌘ K on a Mac to open it from anywhere.
  4. Notifications (the bell) and Messages (the speech bubble).
  5. Language. Switch between Bahasa Indonesia and English. Your choice is remembered on that device.
  6. Your avatar opens your account, the theme switch and sign out.

Inside a course

Opening a course switches the tabs to that course:

  • Overview: the course at a glance, what needs attention, the schedule and recent activity.
  • Content: materials in the order students meet them.
  • Classwork: assignments, quizzes and meetings.
  • Discussions: questions and threads for the class.
  • People: students and, for admins, the teaching team.
  • Settings: details, publishing, discussions and color (teachers and admins).

Courses that use a study plan show a simpler set: Overview, People, Discussions and Settings, with the weeks themselves on the overview.

The course overview a teacher sees.

Light, dark and language

Open your avatar menu or Account › Appearance to choose Light, Dark or Device. Device follows your phone or computer setting. Kelasi remembers your theme and language for the next visit, and the marketing site and these docs use the same setting.
