Common questions
What is a seat?
A seat is one student in one course that is still running. A student in Math and Physics uses 2 seats. Bills use the highest count in the month.
What if I go over my seat limit?
Students can still join. You get 14 days to upgrade before paid features lock.
Is my data deleted if I stop paying?
No. Data is never deleted. Your space drops to Gratis limits 7 days after an unpaid bill.
How do I pay?
Each period gets an invoice with a payment link: QRIS for monthly bills and a virtual account for yearly ones. No credit card needed.
What if my space needs more storage?
On any paid plan, the owner or an admin can add 10 GB at a time for Rp10.000 a month from Manage › Billing. It is billed with your plan, and you pay only for the rest of the current period when you add it.
Does Kelasi collect tuition from students?
No. Kelasi records student payments and sends reminders, but the money is paid straight to you.
