Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the kelasi.id website and the Kelasi app (the “service”). By creating an account or using Kelasi, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Kelasi on behalf of a tutoring center, school or other institution, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Users under 18 may only use Kelasi with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, usually through an invitation from a tutor, tutoring center or school.
- Tell us right away if you think someone is using your account without permission.
Organizations and roles
Kelasi is organized by organization. An organization’s owners and admins can invite and remove members, set roles, and see and manage the content and data in that organization. Organizations are responsible for how they use Kelasi with their students and members, including getting any permission needed for student data.
Your content
- Content you upload or create (materials, questions, assignments, answers, files) stays yours or your organization’s.
- You give us a limited permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and your organization.
- You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, including copyright.
What you may not do
You may not:
- break the law, or upload content that is unlawful, misleading, violent, pornographic or hateful;
- harass, bully or endanger other users, especially children;
- access other people’s accounts, organizations or data without permission;
- disrupt, overload or try to breach the service’s security, including with bots or scraping;
- resell or copy the service without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
AI features
The AI question generator produces content automatically and can be wrong. Review every question before using it; you are responsible for the questions you save and give to students. AI use may be limited by an allowance that depends on your plan.
Plans and payments
- Kelasi has a free plan and paid plans. Each plan’s price, features and limits are listed on the Pricing page and may change. Price changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, through our payment provider or bank transfer. A trial, if offered, ends on its own; you are not charged unless you choose a plan.
- If a payment is not renewed, the organization goes back to the free plan’s limits. Data is not deleted because a plan ends.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we fail to provide a service you paid for.
- The student payment records feature only keeps records. Tuition is paid directly between parents and the organization; Kelasi is not a party to those payments.
Availability
We work to keep Kelasi available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. It may pause for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We may add, change or remove features; for changes that hurt a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kelasi is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Kelasi in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of important content.
Ending your use
You can stop using Kelasi at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. An organization’s owner can delete the organization and its content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest change. For significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. By continuing to use Kelasi afterwards, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled by discussion; if that fails, by the competent courts in Indonesia.
